Proof of Age

A new Football SA requirement for all player registration is for players' proof of age documents to be sighted by the club to finalise registration. 

Please follow the instructions to upload proof of age when you register. 

Rest assured these are kept securely and deleted immediately once confirmed. Please be aware of digital safety & identity theft and do not email sensitive documents to us. 

Documents need to have the players name & date of birth, such as:

  • Birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Driver's Licence
  • School id card
  • Centrelink or Medicare record
